Q: Can I use the spray on my bed linen?

A: The spray should not be applied directly to bedding. Bedding should be removed and washed at the highest temperature permissible. You can then treat the mattress, headboard & surrounding carpets to eradicate the infestation. Ensure that the seams of the mattress are treated thoroughly as these are typical Bed Bug hiding places.

Q: Can I apply the spray to pet bedding?

A: The spray should not be applied directly to pet bedding, pet sleeping quarters or where pets frequently lie.

Q: I followed all instructions and thoroughly washed my bed linen but I am still being bitten?

A: Unlike other insect bites, Bed Bug bites can take up-to 12-14 days to become visible. This means that even after the infestation has been eradicated, bites can still be observed. If you are still observing bites after 12-14 days. Re-treat the impacted area and include any carpets, curtains and textiles surrounding your bed.
