Q: My order is missing/hasn't been delivered?

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible prior to dispatch via email at info@repelem.co.uk. If your order has shipped it is unlikely that we will be able to change the address.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and the relevant registrations, we are only able to ship inside of the UK.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: We offer various forms of payment including all major credit & debit cards, Paypal, Apple pay & Google Pay. During the checkout process you will be able to choose your preferred payment option.

Q: Do you offer payment plans / buy now pay later?

A: Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer buy now pay later. Orders must be paid in full during the checkout process.

Q: I have a discount code. How do I use this?

A: During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter a discount code if you have one available.

Q: Do you offer product subscriptions?

A: Yes we offer both subscriptions & quantity discounts. You can subscribe to a monthly delivery of any product via the respective product detail page.

Q: Are your Insect Killer Sprays Safe?

A: All of our Insect Killer Sprays are HSE approved for home use. Always ensure that you read, follow and understand the label/instructions prior to use. If unsure, please contact customer service for additional guidance.

Q: Do your mole traps come with instructions?

A: Yes, all mole traps contain instructions on how to setup & best practises.

Q: I used your Rat & Mouse Repellent close to a baited trap and the trap is still catching them. The product doesn't work?

A: Repellents should not be used in close proximity to baited traps as this will significantly reduce product performance due to the bait acting as an attractant.
